Agreement

These terms govern your use of the KnowDays application and knowdays.com. By using the app or website, you agree to these terms. App distribution, payment, family sharing, refunds, and device eligibility are also subject to the applicable Apple Media Services terms.

Planning tool—not professional advice

KnowDays is a personal record-keeping and planning tool. It does not provide legal, immigration, visa, accounting, or tax advice, and it does not determine legal residence, tax residence, immigration status, or entitlement to enter or remain in any country.

Rules may change and can depend on nationality, permits, treaties, homes, work, personal ties, exceptions, official border records, and individual circumstances. Consult the relevant authority or a qualified adviser before relying on a decision.

Your records and responsibility

You are responsible for entering complete and accurate dates, selecting the appropriate countries and counting method, reviewing suggested values, and verifying results against passports, tickets, official travel history, and current rules.

Location-based country suggestions are conveniences that require your confirmation. They are not proof of presence and may be incorrect near borders or when location services are limited.

Calculations

KnowDays is designed to make its calculation dates inspectable, but no software is guaranteed to be error-free. You must review the underlying dates before using a result for a consequential decision. Do not rely on the app as your sole record at a border, in a filing, or in a dispute.

Backups and exports

You are responsible for maintaining suitable backups and protecting exported files. Availability of iCloud Drive and the system sharing services depends on Apple and other providers outside Eutopix Labs' control.

Acceptable use

You may use KnowDays for lawful personal and professional record keeping. You may not reverse engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits it, interfere with its operation, misrepresent its output as an official determination, or use the website to distribute harmful material.

Intellectual property

KnowDays, its visual identity, software, original copy, and original graphics belong to Eutopix Labs P.S.A. or its licensors. Bundled geographic data remains subject to its accompanying attribution and licence.

Availability and changes

Features may change as the app improves or as platform requirements evolve. We may suspend a feature when necessary for security, reliability, or legal compliance. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by a revised effective date.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KnowDays is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Eutopix Labs is not liable for decisions, penalties, denied entry, tax outcomes, lost opportunities, or indirect losses arising from inaccurate input, changed rules, unavailable services, or reliance on the app as professional advice. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable consumer law may hear disputes.
